Who should attend:
Service and startup technicians.

What you will learn:
How to operate the LGMV service tool; collect, store and analyze run time data.
How to look up common error messages and follow published troubleshooting guides.

Prerequisites:
Advanced technical knowledge of commercial a/c, heat pump, and applied systems.
Recent Completion of the LG Installation Essentials training.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

What to bring to training:
Windows based Laptop capable of running LG Service and Design Tools.
